Refund policy
Kadak Maal replaces items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video.
Cash on Delivery orders refused at the door are cancelled. Prepaid orders that we cannot replace are refunded to the original payment method after the item is checked.
No extra fee for Cash on Delivery.
